Thankful Post

I’m thankful for:

  • All the laughter wafting through the house this week. Thanks to my daughter’s good friend coming for a visit, there’s been plenty of teenager giggles!
  • A superb potluck! My son’s Taekwondo class had a Christmas potluck last night, and it was one of the best potlucks I’ve been to in a while. A variety of foods and all excellent!
  • Sitting by the Christmas tree and the lights in the mornings and evenings.

    I love, love, love a good potluck. Being able to take a little of this and a little of that is my ideal. One of my original “goals” for the year was to organize a progressive supper. Didn’t actually get around to doing that, but it has been yeaaars since I did that and it is also a lot of fun 🙂

      Our youth group is doing a progressive dinner this weekend. But the youth leader renamed it to “Dashing Through the City”
