I’m chipping away on the San Antonio post…it’s getting much longer than my usual posts. You can see the above picture of the light show on the San Fernando Cathedral as a sneak preview. But for now, how about a quick thankful list?
- A big, loud thunderstorm! Thankfully, no hail this time! But we did get glorious rain and it’s nice and cool, in fact I wore a jacket all day!
- For a nice walk. After the storm, it was perfect for a cool walk with the scent of fresh clean air!
- Coming home to my daughter drawing with pastels. She’s been working more hours than she ever has and by the time she gets home, she’s pretty tired! When I came in the door from walking, she was sitting at the table making art. It warms my heart to see how she uses her creativity to unwind after a busy day.
- For my son’s friends. After a youth event, he called and said some friends wanted to go out to eat together. I’m so thankful he has buddies to hang out with!
- For ebay sales. The other day I had 4 items to ship out!!!
