A Practical Walk

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I’m so, so thankful to be here in the US while our kids transition to adulthood. One of our kids is having to deal with a very difficult situation at work, and while I hate that they’re having to go through this, I’m grateful we can be here to walk through it with them.

Ladies Bible study. I hadn’t attended in quite some time, until last week. It was enjoyable, encouraging to hear other’s praises, and I’m glad to be back at it!

My garden – It continues to be a source of joy in my days, who knew some plants would be this awesome?

A day at home. Life has felt busy lately: going places, having people at the house, trying to get work done. It hasn’t been anything too crazy, just lots of little things piling up, but today, I’ve been home all day long, and it’s been great to get some things done here at the house.

While in a garden center, I somewhat loudly declared, “Wow that flower is the size of my face!” It made a nearby worker laugh…but I mean look at the size of that thing!
