Thankful Post

I wanted to make a doctor appointment for a family member and I’m so glad I didn’t put it off any longer, because when I called, they said the doctor would be out the month of September, but they could get me in the very next day!

I’m very grateful for this time with my kids. I think living overseas with friends who’s kids went to boarding school and friends who’s kids moved back to the US for college while they were still overseas helps remind me to not take for granted living under one roof.

Pictures of each of them working on art during our New Mexico adventure.

I’m thankful for my bedroom. We recently got a new mattress and rearranged the room, and I just love how it is now. I have a little desk in the corner I sometimes work at.

I only have picture of how it was before.

I’m thankful for this little blog world where I can type my thoughts.

In my attempt to decrease my phone usage, I’ve been sleeping with it on the other side of the room. And now the last thing I do before sleeping is reading a book, instead of scrolling on my phone. A benefit of this, is how much more reading I’m getting done…of actual good books, not just random blurbs scrolling by or depressing news!

What are you thankful for today?
